Bottle bag

1. Empty the bag into a 70 cl bottle of vodka, 37.5–40%.
2. Screw on the cap.
3. Shake the bottle every day for 7 days, preferably 3 to 4 times a day.
4. After 7 days, strain the concentrate through a coffee filter.
5. Add 1.5 cl of sherry per 70 cl bottle.
6. It is ready now, but aging improves the taste. Make several vintages if you like. Good luck!

Spice bag, large (4 bottles)

1. Empty the bag into a 50 cl bottle (a funnel helps).
2. Add 30 cl of vodka, 37–60%, and screw on the cap.
3. Shake the bottle every day for 7 days, preferably 3–4 times a day.
4. Strain the concentrate through a coffee filter.
5. Mix 5 cl of concentrate with 1 litre of vodka (1 part concentrate to 20 parts vodka).
6. Add 1.5 cl of sherry per 70 cl bottle.
7. The aquavit is ready now, but the taste improves with aging. Make several vintages if you like. Good luck!
