When you buy a bag, we store your name, delivery address, mobile number, email, what you bought and the amount. When you send a request about a course, a talk or something else, we store your name, phone number, email and the message. We do not store your card number. Stripe takes the payment.
We use the details to send the goods, complete the payment and answer what you ask. We do not send newsletters.
Posten receives the name, address and mobile number when a parcel is to be delivered. Stripe handles the card payment. Our email is hosted by Webhuset. We do not sell the details.
An order is kept for five years, because the purchase must be documented in the accounts. It is then deleted or anonymised. A request that is not a purchase is deleted when the matter is finished.
The language choice is remembered in the browser for up to one year. The cart uses a temporary cookie so the items stay there while you shop. We do not use advertising trackers.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details. What must stay in the accounts cannot be deleted before the five years have passed. You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.
